The business targets three types of contracts to generate business revenue from alternative investments. Our short-term contracts can be a variety of projects that require a basic renovation, a modern restructure or purchasing distressed and undervalued assets.Usually a short-term contract will range from 2-5 month to complete. The second type of contract is medium-term, these contracts consist of a variety of projects that require a more complex renovation with extended time frame and ranges from 6-12 month terms. Lastly, the third type of contracts are long-term, these projects require build plans and project managing from day one. The project terms starts from 12 months and can run through to 60 months to complete the project.
