  • SEPA (EU bank transfer)
  • ACH (US bank transfer)

Payment information is processed securely, and funds are applied to the legal entity corresponding to the contract:

  • UK clients → MetaFenix Management Ltd
  • Spain/EU clients → MetaFenix Properties S.L.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A payment has been made in error or duplicated
  • Services have not yet commenced and a refund request is received within a reasonable time
  • We are unable to provide agreed services due to circumstances within our control

Refunds are not normally provided for:

  • Services already delivered or substantially performed
  • Time-based consulting, project management, or professional services already rendered
  • Delays or issues caused by third parties, client instructions, or factors outside our reasonable control

All refund decisions are at our discretion, in line with contractual terms and applicable law.


How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to gary@metafenixgroup.com and include:

  • Payer’s name
  • Payment date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

We may request additional information to assess the request.


Refund Method and Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
    • Card refunds returned to the original card
    • BACS, SEPA, or ACH refunds returned to the original bank account when possible
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on banks or payment processors

Fees

  • Transaction and processing fees charged by payment providers (Stripe, banks, or ACH processors) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • If you believe a payment was taken incorrectly, contact us first.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and result in additional administrative checks.
